Caitlin Albert // Paralegal
Caitlin joined Shearman Bowen as a Paralegal in December 2023 and is gaining a wealth of experience assisting clients accused of a wide range of offences, including attempted murder, fraud, drug offences, and other general criminal matters. She is also assisting the partners in preparing pre-charge representations on behalf of its clients who are being investigated for a variety of offences thus enhancing the firm’s already solid reputation in this area.
Caitlin is currently undertaking the SQE in order to qualify as solicitor and committed to a career defending individuals and companies being investigated for or charged with criminal offences.
Caitlin holds a Master’s Degree in Law, and an Undergraduate Degree in Criminology and Sociology. Caitlin completed her dissertation highlighting fundamental criticisms within the prison system, an area which she has a keen interest in reform.
